About Us

MDtRI is Focused on mathematical modeling

MDtRI is a comprehensive institution dedicated to addressing various aspects of disease control and management, particularly with a focus on mathematical modeling. Let's break down each component:

  • Diagnostic: This aspect involves the development and improvement of diagnostic tools and techniques for detecting diseases. This could range from traditional laboratory tests to more advanced imaging technologies or digital wearables or molecular diagnostics.

  • Therapeutic: Here, the focus would be on researching and developing treatments for our focused diseases which includes infectious diseases, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases. This could include drug discovery, pre-clinical trials, clinical trials for new therapies, interventions, and optimization of existing treatments.

  • Resistance: This likely refers to studying the resistance mechanisms of a disease such as type 2 diabetes, cancer, neurodegenerative or pathogens against drugs or other treatments. Understanding how resistance develops is crucial for designing effective therapies and combating a disease or the spread of resistant strains.

  • Climatic: This aspect suggests that the institute also considers the impact of climate on disease dynamics. Climate can influence the spread of vector-borne diseases, alter disease transmission patterns, and affect the geographic distribution of pathogens.

By integrating mathematical modeling into these areas of research, the MDtRI likely aims to provide quantitative insights into disease dynamics, predict outbreaks, optimize intervention strategies, and ultimately contribute to better public health outcomes. The institute would bring together experts from diverse fields including mathematics, epidemiology, biology, medicine, climatology, engineering, biomaterial sciences, and data science to tackle complex health challenges from multiple angles

Our Story

Shivlal Educational Society (registration number 608) has been dedicated to providing education to the community through primary and higher schools for two decades now. Recognizing that true societal empowerment hinges on scientific breakthroughs in the realms of science and technology, the society embarked on a transformative journey. With a steadfast commitment to advancing knowledge and fostering innovation, the society envisioned a new frontier in scientific research—one that would address pressing global health challenges through interdisciplinary collaboration.

In response to this vision, the Mathematical-Diseases TheraReCliNostic Research Institute (MDtRI) was established as an independent entity. Rooted in the ethos of societal welfare and driven by a passion for scientific discovery, the institute represents a convergence of expertise from diverse fields, including mathematics, medicine, climatology, and beyond.

With a profound understanding of the interconnectedness between education, research, and societal progress, the Shivlal Educational Society recognized the need for innovative solutions to combat infectious diseases, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases and mitigate the impacts of climate change. Thus, the MDtRI was conceived as a beacon of hope—a hub where cutting-edge research and visionary thinking converge to shape a healthier, more resilient future for all.

As the institute embarks on its mission to pioneer groundbreaking research at the intersection of mathematics, disease control, therapeutics, and climatology, it remains steadfast in its commitment to excellence, collaboration, and societal impact. Through its endeavors, the MDtRI aims to propel scientific progress, empower communities, and chart a course towards a brighter tomorrow.
